Every piece leaves us with care. If something does not feel perfect when it arrives, we will work with you. That is our promise.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 3 to 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Simply reach out to us at tanmaitimeless@gmail.com and we will guide you through every step.

Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds at this time. But no matter what, we are committed to making sure you are taken care of. Please reach out before assuming there is no solution. We will always find a way forward together.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. Because every custom piece is made exclusively for you, it is non-refundable once production begins.

Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at tanmaitimeless@gmail.com with photos. We will make it right.
