1. About Us
Tanmai Timeless is a luxury fine jewelry brand headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We design and sell fine jewelry featuring ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones and offer customization services through our website and showroom.

2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.

• We make every effort to display product colors, gemstone appearances, and design details as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of a piece may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography lighting, and the natural characteristics of gemstones.

• Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders as required by Texas state law and any other applicable jurisdiction.

• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you immediately and offer a full refund if payment has already been processed.

4. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.

• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any confirmed order prior to shipment and issue a full refund.

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom orders involving personalized gemstone selection are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun.

• By submitting a custom order inquiry and approving the final design and stone selection, you acknowledge and accept that the order is non-refundable.

• Tanmai Timeless will make every effort to source your selected stone and complete production within the estimated 4–6 week timeframe. However, timelines may vary depending on stone availability and production schedules. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

• Any changes to a custom order must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Tanmai Timeless currently ships within the United States only.

• Ready-to-ship orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after shipment. Custom orders require additional production time prior to shipping.

• All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

• Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

• Tanmai Timeless is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within 3–5 days of delivery on unworn pieces in their original condition and original packaging.

• To initiate an exchange, you must contact us at tanmaitimeless@gmail.com within the exchange window.

• Custom and personalized pieces, including those with personalized gemstone selections, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• We are unable to offer refunds at this time. All sales are considered final beyond the exchange window.

• Tanmai Timeless reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the piece shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

8. Warranties & Authenticity

• Select pieces with certified stones will include a certificate of authenticity from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the International Gemological Institute (IGI), as applicable.

• Tanmai Timeless stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us directly and we will work with you to find the best resolution.

• Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, accidents, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tanmai Timeless website — including but not limited to photography, design, copy, logos, collection names, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of Tanmai Timeless and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanmai Timeless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, your purchase of our products, or any errors or omissions in our content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tanmai Timeless and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our website, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

13. Dispute Resolution

We always prefer to resolve any issues directly and personally. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at tanmaitimeless@gmail.com and we will make every effort to find a fair and timely resolution before any formal proceedings are initiated.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tanmai Timeless regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.
